Penny Crow is the CEO/President of Forward Leading Business Solutions.   Penny is a strategic coach and consultant who is passionate about facilitating processes that assist professionals to not just work the plan, but create the future plans for their own successPenny has successfully used the same strategies with large corporations, small businesses, and home-based businesses. These strategies focus on how to win competitive challenges in the marketplace. Penny began consulting in 1996 after a successful career in health information management and hospital administration. She transitioned to general business consulting in 1998 when she realized that all companies have the same basic goal to succeed

Penny received her undergraduate degree in health information management from Texas State University and is currently attending Capella University for a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.  Upon completion of this Masters, she will immediately enter the Ph.D. program in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

In 2007, Penny added strategic coaching to her consulting practice to focus more on individual professionals wanting to become more efficient, to work smarter, and to deliberately create the future of their business. It is her desire to teach business professionals to make strategic thinking part of their regular operations.

Melissa Roush, Attorney, Law Office of Melissa S. Roush PLLC

Melissa Roush practices in the areas of Employment-Labor Law and is Board Certified Attorney specializing in Workers' Compensation. Melissa is going into her 7th year of practice and has represented clients throughout the State of Texas. During the development of her practice she has also defended employers in multi-million dollar commercial litigation; insured's in general liability matters. She continues to conduct training sessions for employers, municipalities and insurance companies in the area of risk management.

In addition to her practical experience and expertise in the areas of risk management she is an adjunct professor at the University of Phoenix-Austin Campus teaching both in the MBA and Undergraduate programs, Enterprise Risk, Employment Law and Business Law. 

When Melissa is not in the courtroom you can find her on the baseball diamond. She has been coaching youth baseball with the Oak Hill Youth Sports Association for the past seven years and has been coaching other youth sports for over ten years. Additionally, Melissa is Of Counsel for Beyond the Bases, a non-profit organization providing area youth scholarships and baseball equipment.

Abigail Mahnke, The Outsource Resource

Abigail Mahnke is president of The Outsource Resource, a one-stop-shopping business support agency for small businesses, providing a range of services that enable companies to stay focused on their revenue and growth, while ensuring that their other critical functions take place. 

Abigail graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Columbia University, and won a monetary prize for Promise of Distinction in the Field of Philosophy. Past work experience includes over 17 years in educational publishing; overseeing a $1M construction project; managing production of all signage for an aquarium; and co-owning a property management company. Originally from Boston, Abigail moved to Austin in 2004 to pursue her love of hot weather (yes, she means that). 

In her spare time, Abigail is the host of the radio show, Inner Views, where she interviews everyday people with extraordinary stories. Her show can be heard every Wednesday at 1:00pm on KOOP 91.7 or online at koop.org. She is also an avid reader and New York Times crossword puzzler, and loves to see live music and partner dance with her husband, Tom. Lastly, she is passionate about green living, completely remodeling her home and receiving Austin’s highest possible green rating of 5 stars.

Bob Davis is principal of simple.sales.strategy based in Austin, Texas. Davis specializes in helping small businesses structure and create a simple and sustainable plan for action to increase revenue and margin. Prior to launching his consulting practice, Bob has held VP, National VP positions for Consolidated Graphics, Cenveo and successful independent manufacturing firms. 

In his practice he brings 27 years of sales experience, executive sales management and street proven strategies that drive results. Davis has guided sales teams with a simple measurable process that creates sustainable results, supporting them with creation of letters, scripts, emails, accountability and practical strategies to move prospects to customers, existing accounts to growth and marginal accounts to improved profitability.

Davis has earned his experience in years of personal direct selling and managing teams to measurable success and growth. Deven Nongbri, Nongbri Marketing

Deven Nongbri is a management consultant specializing in integrated marketing with emphasis in strategic planning, branding, campaign road mapping and content distribution. Nongbri founded his agency to provide social media, product launch and marketing counsel to ad agencies, small businesses and established companies alike.  He's an adviser to a couple of start-ups as well as a guest lecturer in marketing at Trinity University in San Antonio.

With over a decade of marketing and communications experience at a number of high-profile firms, Nongbri’s expertise spans the globe with international governmental work, consumer packaged goods, global pharmaceuticals, telecommunications and professional sports experience. Prior to starting his company, Nongbri built out the interactive, database and new media practices at the San Antonio Spurs and helped establish the multi-screen content distribution approach the NBA uses today.

Nongbri also spent a number of years at AT&T in management roles in strategic planning, marketing and business operations. Prior to joining AT&T, Nongbri worked internationally in Johnson & Johnson's global marketing group and at Sara Lee. He holds a master's degree in marketing from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree from Trinity University in San Antonio. He enjoys traveling with his wife and two children in his free time.
